Organize – Release – Renew

About Ebb & Flow

Welcome to Ebb & Flow

Home is where life happens.

It’s where families gather, children grow, memories are made, milestones are celebrated, and everyday routines unfold. Along the way, we collect more than just belongings—we collect the moments that tell our story. Sometimes our homes simply need a little help keeping up with the lives we’re living.

That’s why Ebb & Flow Organizing Studio was created.

The name Ebb & Flow reflects the natural rhythm of life. Just as the tides naturally ebb and flow, so do our lives. Families grow, careers evolve, our routines change, and priorities shift over time. Through every season, our homes should evolve with us—supporting the way we live and the moments that matter most.

At Ebb & Flow, beautiful organization isn’t about perfection—it’s about creating spaces that feel natural, welcoming, and easy to live in. We combine thoughtful organization, functional design, and personalized solutions to create homes that work beautifully for everyday life. Whether you’re managing the demands of a busy family, preparing for a move, thoughtfully downsizing, or simply ready to enjoy your home a little more, we’re here to help you find the flow that works for you.

Everything we do is guided by three simple words:

Organize. Release. Renew.

Organize what matters.

Release what no longer serves you.

Meet Heather

I’m Heather McNaughton, founder of Ebb & Flow Organizing Studio.

One of the things I love most is helping people make confident decisions about their belongings. Whether organizing a family home, preparing for a move, or thoughtfully downsizing, I understand that every project is personal. My role isn’t to tell you what to keep or what to let go of—it’s to listen, guide, and help you create spaces that reflect your lifestyle and what matters most to you.

Years of working in interior design taught me that beautiful spaces should also be practical. The best spaces are the ones people truly enjoy spending time in—they’re beautiful, functional, welcoming, and easy to live in. That’s what inspired me to become a professional organizer.

With more than 25 years of experience in interior design and project management, I bring a unique blend of creativity, organization, and thoughtful planning to every project. I have an eye for how a space should function, how it should feel, and how thoughtful organization can make everyday life easier.

One of the greatest compliments I receive is that clients love my positive energy. I believe organizing should feel encouraging, collaborative, and even enjoyable. Together, we’ll celebrate progress, solve challenges, and create a home you’ll enjoy for years to come.

I look forward to helping you find your flow.
